Machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as data analytics, are contributing to the disruptive changes in healthcare, food production, and product management. This literature review examines how the technologies are used to improve forecasting, streamline operational performance, and provide data-driven decisions. In medicine, AI assists in the initial diagnostics and individual therapy, whereas in the food industry, precision farming and Bit Agriculture enhance yield, sustainability and supply chain accountability. The AI and analytics guide the strategy, demand prediction, and optimization of the lifecycle in product management. The cross-industry innovations and the emergent trends are also mentioned in the article and show how intelligent technologies help to promote interconnected and efficient and sustainable practices in various fields.
