Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already become a revolutionizing power in many industries and is changing the way healthcare, cybersecurity, computer science, and food production are addressed. This survey discusses the transformational power of AI in the clinical decision, digital defense, computational research, and sustainable agriculture. The particular focus is put on ChatGPT as a cross-domain enabler, which can provide applications related to patient education to code assistance and supply chain optimization. In pointing out such advantages, the article also raises concerns such as data bias, transparency, and misuse, as well as unequal access. However, there should also be reflected in the future; ethical and inclusive adoption of AI is the key to creating smarter, resilient and equally equitable global societies that will bring all benefits of the technology to the global good.
